Stone Mtn man charged with statutory rape of 13-yr-old

A man remained in  jail Thursday on statutory rape charges after he allegedly enticed a 13-year-old Tennessee girl into traveling to his home in
Stone Mountain, according to Gwinnett police.

According to the Ocala Star Banner, Adkins, 39, and the victim have been e-mailing and text-messaging each other since January.
