According to the Gwinnett County Police Department's docket, a Snellville man has been arrested and charged with incest, child sodomy and aggravated child molestation.
Oscar Andrew Lee of a Rockdale Circle address in Snellville was admitted last night to the Gwinnett County Detention Center and held without bail.
