A man in his 60's from Lawrenceville Ga reportedly masturbated in the Marshall's store in the Presidential Market Shopping Center in Snellville. A store loss-prevention employee told police she observed the man in this "activity."
The Snellville Police found him in a shoe store in the same shopping plaza, where the Marshall's employee was able to confirm he was the individual she observed. The man was charged with public indecency and is being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center on a bond of $288.
