Prosecutors have lodged new charges against a Conyers man accused of torturing and fatally shooting a 61-year-old Snellville business owner in September.
Damion Ortiz Barton, 31, faces eight counts ranging from murder to weapons possession in the grisly murder of Eva May Francis, according to an indictment released Thursday.
