"An anonymous tip led investigators to the Bridgewater Apartment Complex, off Ridgebrook Trail near Duluth, last Thursday, Cpl. Brian Kelly with Gwinnett police said. Inside Angel Felix's apartment, officers found 138 pounds of marijuana, and another 25 pounds was found in his vehicle, Kelly said."
