Just before noon at 3250 Centerville Highway near Snellville, two armed gunmen entered the Wachovia, terrorizing some 10-15 customers in the bank. The gunmen burst in, firing at least one shot into the bank ceiling.
The robbers grabbed the money and fled the scene. Police said the men are black males, and although the two were wearing masks instead of wigs, they could be the same men nicknamed the "Wig Wearing Bandits." Two black males wearing black wigs have robbed some metro Atlanta banks recently. A stolen vehicle the duo used as the getaway car was recovered.
According to Fox5 News, if you have any information that could help police find apprehend the men responsible for this violent robbery, a reward of up to $25,000 is available. Contact the FBI at 404-679-9000.
