Non-artist caught on camera vandalizing city hall

The worst part of this, besides taxpayers having to foot the bill to get Duluth City Hall repaired - is that the man didn't even make an attempt at composition, color theory, or form. It's really disappointing.

Pissed-off vandals should really consider some art classes.  If his lawyer wants to make a case that his client was just expressing his feeling artistically as freedom of speech, it's going to be hard to prove. But they could call it 'Red Spray Paint on White Columns.'

I'm just sayin' that any vandalizing artist worth his salt knows that red fades in the outdoors over time, and that you want the contrast to be at least at 80%, so navy blue or black would have been better choices.

This guy couldn't even get respect from taggers.
